Az új napok reménye
Telnek a napok csendesen,
de olykor mégis nehezen.
Várjuk a holnapot,
mert minden nap új reményt ígér.
Szívemben ezernyi dallam,
melyet nem egy hangszer szólaltat meg,
hanem az elmondott szavak:
örömről, szenvedésről, bánatról,
reményről és szeretetről.
Csalódás és a kínok csendje
harsogón kiállt a szavak mögött,
mert csak így mondhatom el,
ami sokszor meggyötört.
de mégis szívemben ezernyi dallam,
mely kivirul a szavak szárnyán
és eljut hozzám és hozzád is,
mert mindennap új reményt ígér.
The hope of new days
The days pass quietly,
but sometimes still difficult.
We look forward to tomorrow
because every day promises new hope.
A thousand melodies in my heart,
which is not played by an instrument,
but the words spoken:
about joy, suffering, sorrow,
about hope and love.
Disappointment and the silence of agony
stood loudly behind the words,
because that’s the only way I can tell
which often tormented me.
but still a thousand melodies in my heart,
which blossoms on the wings of words
and it reaches me and you too,
because everyday promises new hope.
